Westborough – New England Prime Properties, Inc. joined the network Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Oct. 15 to officially become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices N.E. Prime Properties. Local business officials joined the members of the new company in a ribbon cutting celebrating the change in a ceremony held at its 125 Turnpike Road; Suite 7 offices Oct. 23.
“[We’re] really excited about the change to a new brand,” Nancy Quinn, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices N.E. Prime Properties said.
The Westborough office also used the event to host its second annual Oktoberfest benefit for the Sunshine Kids, a nonprofit organization that supports children suffering from cancer.
Quinn said the rebranding was “huge” as it has been a long time since a new real estate brand has entered the local market. The rebranding will provide Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices N.E. Prime Properties agents with new tools, services, and support “for agents to bring business to a new level,” she said.
“Having all new tools, services and support has been unbelievable,” she added.
