AIM to hold information session

Region – AIM, an all-women community-based organization and an official USAT Triathlon Club, will be holding a 2015 Membership Information Session, Sunday, Nov. 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge, 680 Hudson Rd., Sudbury.

Women between the ages of 18-65+ who live in Acton, Concord, Carlisle, Bolton, Boxford, Greater Boston, Harvard, Hudson, Lincoln, Marlborough, Maynard, Northborough, Southborough, Stow, Sudbury and Wayland are invited to come learn about the benefits of AIM membership and multi-sport.

The guest speaker will be Karen Smyers, 1995 Ironman World Champion and Triathlon Hall of Famer.

AIM’s mission is to motivate and inspire women of all ages and abilities to pursue and achieve athletic, fitness and health goals through multi-sport. Members enjoy swim, bike, run, strength and core conditioning, as well as other indoor and outdoor fitness-related activities.

Members compete in local, regional and national triathlons. Others pursue health and fitness goals in camaraderie with team members.
