Shrewsbury – Margaret E. Sepos, 65, of Shrewsbury, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2014 after being stricken ill at home. Her husband, Norman, died May 19, 1998.
Margaret was born May 12, 1949 in Newton, a daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret (Mahoney) Coakley. She graduated from Our Lady’s High School and later attended secretarial school. She married Norman J. Sepos Aug. 19, 1972, and lived many years in Charlton before she moved to Shrewsbury in 2011.
She worked as an insurance adjuster for many years at Traveler’s Insurance Company before retiring in 2009.
Margaret enjoyed music and time spent with her grandchildren, and was a faith filled woman who enjoyed attending Mass.
She leaves her daughter, Melissa K. Hayes and her husband Michael of Wyncote, Penn. and Nicole Sepos and her partner Scott Dore of Charlton; her brothers, Thomas Coakley and his partner Bruce McKibben of Lee, N.H. and Daniel Coakley and his wife Linda of Cape Porpoise, Maine; her grandchildren, Nolan, Mirabelle, Caitlin, Elijah, Adyson, and Paige; and many nieces & nephews.
Family and friends will honor and remember Margaret’s life by gathering Saturday, Nov. 22 in Saint Anne’s Church, 130 Boston Tpke., where her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Roch’s Cemetery in Oxford. There are no calling hours.
