Webster Five Cents Savings Bank hires new business banking executives

Region – Webster Five Cents Savings Bank has hired a five new employees as part of the business banking team. Russell Dye was hired as vice president and team leader in commercial lending. Bringing over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, Russ will be responsible for generating new business and managing customer relationships in his new role.

Patrick McKeon has been hired as vice president of business banking, bringing 38 years of banking experience to Webster Five, and in his role he will be responsible for portfolio management and new business development.

Robert J. Kelley Jr. was hired as vice president, business loan officer. Kelley comes to Webster Five with 41 years in banking and 38 years as a commercial lender in Worcester.

New credit officer Karen Kagan comes to Webster Five with 15 years of experience in the financial industry, and Alla Demihovsky as vice president, credit officer, brings 16 years of banking experience. In her new role, Demihovsky will be responsible for credit analyses of the bank’s borrowers, assessing the risks and impact of financial, nonfinancial and external factors as well as collaborating with the business lending officers in the decision process.
