Northborough/Westborough – Over 40 dancers ranging in age from 4 to 17 years old recently danced and sang to a unique rendition of “T’was the Night before Christmas” for seniors at the Northborough Senior Center and the Beaumont Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Westborough.

The dancers are all students at the Laurene Aldorisio Academy of Dance Expressions in Westborough. This was the fourth year they have performed for local seniors as a way to give back to the community. As a special treat this year, Dance Expression’s student Marcus D’Angelo, 12, who is also a dancer and vocalist in the Broadway show “Mathilda,” delighted the audiences with a powerful vocal performance.

After a spirited performance including Jazz, Hip Hop, Acro and Contemporary routines, dancers engaged the audiences in a holiday-sing- along led by Marcus and passed out home baked cookies to the seniors.
