Northport, Maine – Lillian (Pelland) Nolan, 99, of Northport, Maine, formerly of Southborough, died peacefully at her home Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late John H. Nolan, who passed away in 2000.

Born in Providence, R.I., she was the daughter of Camille and Eva Pelland.

Mrs. Nolan attended Bryant College and was a homemaker. She enjoyed her family and large extended family and friends. She was a former member of St Anne Church of Southborough.

She survived by her son, Dr. Kenneth Nolan and his wife Jean of Northport, Maine; two grandchildren, Gregory Nolan of Encino, Calif. and Rebecca (Nolan) Bigwood and her husband Edward of Auburn; two adoring great-grandchildren, Edward and Brandin; a sister, Rita Tougas of Kingston; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, Jan. 15, from 5-8 p.m., at the Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main St., Southborough. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, Jan. 16, at 1 p.m., at St. Anne Church, 20 Boston Rd., Southborough. Burial will follow in the Southborough Rural Cemetery.
