Marlborough – Edgar A. Charpentier, of Marlborough, passed peacefully Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015. He was 78 years old.
Ed was the son of Arthur and Rosa Charpentier, and he proudly served our country as a U.S. Marine.
He is survived by his brother and wife, Raymond and Henrietta Charpentier of Santa Barbara, Calif.; his former wife, Irene Charpentier of Marlborough; and his children, Catherine Kane and her husband Kevin of Braintree and Garry Charpentier and his wife Debi of Marlborough. He leaves behind four grandchildren, Ryan Kane and his wife Mckenzie of Plattsburg, N.Y., Matthew Kane of Wilmington, N.C., and Patrick Kane and Rachel Kane of Braintree. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
