I’d like to give a huge shout out to Northboro Septic for outstanding customer service. “Going the extra mile” is getting more rare nowadays, but it does happen from time to time. This weekend Dean at Northboro Septic went above and beyond to help us out of a – well, a stinky
situation (sorry – had to go there!) when our lines started backing up.
Instead of doing everything in his power to charge me emergency fees and premium pricing, as one might expect on a weekend during a busy winter season, Dean walked me through some steps by that saved me a ton of money. I’m pleased that we’ve been using Northboro Septic since we moved to town 18 years ago; they deserve to get plenty of business!
