Northborough – Olga A. (Morigi) Tessari, 89, passed away at home Saturday, March 21, 2015. Her husband, Victor Tessari, predeceased her in 2012.
She leaves behind her children, Victor Tessari of Gardiner, Maine, Gerry Tessari of Maynard, James Tessari of Arlington, Linda Griffin of Franklin, Eileen Cash of Pembroke, Donna Tessari of Hyde Park, and Christine Gagnon of Lancaster; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Born in Boston, daughter of the late Clemente and Rose (Sora) Morigi, she lived in Northborough since 1977. She formerly lived in Dorchester and Roxbury.
Mrs. Tessari enjoyed reading, walking, word puzzles, and spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, March 29, from 1-4 p.m., in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St., Northborough. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, March 30, at 10 a.m., in St. Rose of Lima Church, 244 West Main St., Northborough. Burial in Howard Street Cemetery will take place at a later date.
