Northborough – The Northborough Garden Club is now accepting donations of perennials from community members’ gardens through Thursday, May 28. If you have plants to donate, fill out the form at www.NorthboroughGardenClub.com or call 508-351-9373. The annual plant sale will be held Saturday, June 6, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Ellsworth-McAfee Park on Route 135 in Northborough. The sale will feature hundreds of sun and shade plants, including perennials, herbs, vegetables, wildflowers, ornamental grasses and daylilies. Club members will be on hand to answer questions and help customers.
Proceeds from the plant sale are used for civic beautification, scholarships and grants for horticulture-related school projects.
