Marlborough – Alfredo P. Anastacio, 66, of Marlborough, former longtime resident of Hudson, died Sunday, April 19, 2015, surrounded by his loving family, at Marlborough Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Eliane L. (Lima) Anastacio of Marlborough.

Alfredo was born and raised in Saint Miguel, the Azores of Portugal, son of the late Jose and Maria J. (Pimentel)Anastacio. He resided in Hudson for most of his life and was employed as a HVAC technician for Boston Properties of Waltham for many years until retiring in 2014. He was a member of Saint Michael’s Parish in Hudson.

Alfredo had many interests, but his passion was automobiles and collecting antiques. He enjoyed attending flea markets and also fishing in his spare time. He loved being with his family and cherished his grandchildren. He will be truly missed.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Martha Anastacio and her fiancé Joshua Orton of Worcester, Christopher Anastacio of Clinton, Rachel Bruno of Brazil, and Rudolph Anastacio of Brazil. He is also survived by his three sisters, Maria F. Chaves and her husband Antonio, Gilda Pimentel, and Lucia da Silva and her husband Erivan, all of Hudson; six grandchildren, Anderson Landgren, Laura Landgren and Isaac Orton, all of Worcester, Marina Bruno, Enzo and Theo Pessanha, all of Brazil; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, April 23, at 9 a.m., in Saint Michael’s Church, 21 Manning St., Hudson. Burial will follow in Saint Michael’s Cemetery, Hudson. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, April 22, from 5-8 p.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson.
