Marlborough – Dennis P. MacInnis, 54, of Marlborough, died Thursday, May 14, 2015 at home.

He was born in Boston, the son of the late Clarence and Cecilia (Gordon) MacInnis, and was raised and educated in Marlborough. He worked as a rough framer for many years in the MetroWest area and also at Mass Container Corporation for 10 years.

Dennis enjoyed fishing and watching football. He retired many years ago as a result of injuries he received from a fall on a construction site.

He leaves two brothers, James G. MacInnis and his fiancée Irene Barry and Peter P. MacInnis and his wife Colleen of Marlborough; a niece ,Jaime MacInnis; and a grandniece, Molly MacInnis of Oregon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 21, at 11 a.m., in Immaculate Conception Church, Prospect Street. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, May 20, from 5-8 p.m., in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home, 378 Lincoln St.
