Hudson – The Hudson Rotary Club sponsored four incoming juniors from Hudson High School for the 23rd annual Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Conference. From June 26 to 28 Nadia Doherty, Alicia Sagastume, Emily McLaughlin and Jacob Leckrone joined the other 170-plus recipients at Worcester State University for a weekend of workshops, activities and volunteering. They were able to pack over 10,000 meals for Stop Hunger Now and receive a better understanding of the Rotary motto: “Service above self.” They enjoyed interactive activities such as the culture walk, trust fall and rock climbing.
