Grafton Lions Club presents 215th Army Band in concert

Grafton – Hundreds of residents and guests began celebrating the holiday weekend by attending the 36th annual July 3rd Concert on the Common presented by the Grafton Lions Club (GLC). The 215th Army Band of Fall River returned to Grafton for the third year.

Frank Sutton, GLC president, welcomed guests to the Grafton Common and acknowledged event co-chairs Bob Bazinei and Cindy Vegnone. The colors were presented by the 13th Massachusetts Infantry, Company F. Select patriotic songs were highlighted by cannon shots fired by the Sutton Independent Artillery. Mingling with guests was state Rep. David Muradian, R-Grafton.

Lead event sponsor was Homefield Credit Union.
