Region – Webster Five Cents Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Pawel Powaza, personal banker, to assistant branch manager of the Shrewsbury location. Powaza joined Webster Five in early 2015 and has since been promoted to oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff supervision. Pawel’s expertise in assessing customers’ needs and building relationships will help to enhance the customer experience.

The bank also announced the promotion of Loreta Sulejman from assistant branch manager to branch manager of the Chandler Street, Worcester, location. Sulejman has been working most recently as the assistant branch manager to assist in successfully running the full-service branch. Starting with Webster Five in 2005, she began as a teller, advanced to senior teller and then teller line supervisor. In addition to her skills in financial services, Sulejman speaks multiple languages, including Spanish, Albanian and Italian.
