Sigel is a partner of Mirick O’Connell’s Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Group and the Higher Education Group. He was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2016 in the field of Employment Law – Management. Sigel was named a Massachusetts “Super Lawyer” by Boston Magazine and Law & Politics in 2009-2013. In 2003, he received the “40 under Forty” Award from the Worcester Business Journal. He resides in Westborough.
Van Nostrand is a partner and a member of Mirick O’Connell’s Management Committee. He was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2016 in the fields of Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Labor & Employment Law. Van Nostrand is well-known throughout the state and region and served as president of the Massachusetts Bar Association and subsequently, as president of the New England Bar Association. In 2011, he received the Massachusetts Bar Association Community Service Award. In 2006 and 2008-2013, Van Nostrand was named a Massachusetts “Super Lawyer” by Boston magazine and Law & Politics. He resides in Northborough.
