Northborough – The Algonquin Regional High School Tomahawks football team defeated the Holy Name Central Catholic High School Naps by a score of 20-14 in a game played Oct. 16.
Max Cerasoli scored all three of Algonquin’s touchdowns. Kaio Menezes sealed the victory for Algonquin by intercepting a Holy Name pass as they attempted to drive down the field with just one minute remaining in the game.
Algonquin has now won four consecutive games and their season record stands at 4-2, while Holy Name falls to 3-3.
