glow sticksWestborough – Local families are invited to stop by the Westborough Police Department, 45 West Main St. and pick up a free glow stick to be used for trick or treating this year. Parents are encouraged to have their children come with them so that they may have the opportunity to meet a police officer. The glow sticks are made possible thanks to the generosity of the Westborough Patrol Officers Union Local 439.
