    Marlborough – The Marlborough High School Panthers boys. basketball team defeated the Hudson High School Hawks by a score of 73-32 in a game played Dec. 11. This was the first game of the season for both teams.

    Marlborough built a 48-22 lead by halftime and then added another 23 points in the third quarter. Chris Doherty was the top scorer for Marlborough with 19 points while Brian Short contributed 12 points. Hudson’s top scorer was D.J. Bass with 12 points.
