Westborough – Ann E. Leahy, 79, of Westborough, passed away Monday, Jan. 25, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

Born in Medford, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Foley) Wall. She was educated in Medford schools and graduated from Matignon High School in Cambridge. She also attended and graduated from Boston College.

In the early 1960s, she taught elementary school in Minnesota. In later years she worked in the Human Resource Department at Prime Computer prior to her retirement.

Ann was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church and had been a resident of Westborough for over 30 years.

Ann is survived by two children, Kathleen A. Leahy of Stoneham and David J. Leahy and his wife Alison of Sacramento, Calif; three sisters, Joan Lee of Medfield, Elaine Coronella and her husband James of Bolton and Mashpee, and Clare Wall of Quincy; a daughter-in-law, Polly Leahy of E. Greenwich, R.I.; and five grandchildren, Samantha, James, Shannon, Kaylee, and Michael. She was the mother of the late John J. Leahy III and sister of the late Mary Connell.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, Jan. 30, at 11:30 a.m., in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
