Northborough – An electronic equipment and home appliance recycling fundraiser will be held at St. Rose of Lima Parish, 244 W. Main St., Northborough, Saturday, April 2, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine. For a small fee, residents may bring your old or outdated electronic equipment or appliances (large or small) to be disposed of or recycled. Accepted items include: washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, toaster ovens, hot water tanks, lawn mowers, TVs, computer equipment, dehumidifiers, printers, fax machines, gas grills (fuel supply and fuel removed) and more. No fluorescent bulbs or car batteries will be accepted. Proceeds benefit the church’s four summer service trips for 50 high school students participating in Young Neighbors in Action.
