Marlborough – If you are in Nursing, Front Line Staff, Home Care, Social Work, Activities/Recreation, Aging Life Care Specialists, Elder Care Consultants, etc. and want to take the path to becoming a Certified Dementia Practioner, then consider attending any of three upcoming required seminars: Monday, June 6 at Westborough Council on Aging, 4 Rogers Rd., Westborough; Saturday, July 16 at Pleasantries Adult Day and Consulting Services, 195 Reservoir St., Marlborough; and Saturday, August 6 at Pleasantries Adult Day and Consulting Services. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m., with each seminar running from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You must attend entire session to receive Certificate of Attendance. A student handout notebook is included. Upon completion of this seminar, you will have 30 days to submit the application for your Certification as a Dementia Practitioner to the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
