Westborough – After Westborough High School’s graduation ceremony June 4, the new grads celebrated with a special all-night party held at Teamworks in Northborough. The event, Project Graduation, is organized by parents and others who aim to provide a fun way for the students to celebrate without alcohol and chemicals.
Every year the theme is kept as a surprise until it is announced the week of graduation when the seniors receive their special invitation. This year, helping to make the announcement that the theme would be “The Wild, Wild Westborough,” was a special guest – Craig McCoskery of Acorn Acres, with his miniature pony, “Sneakers.”
This year’s Project Graduation was run by co-chairs Amanda Priest and Craig Nichols, with the assistance of over 200 volunteers. A number of local businesses also generously donated to the event.
