Shrewsbury – The Summer Concert Series at Southgate at Shrewsbury opens with Dan Gable and the Abletones Tuesday, July 5 at Southgate Park, 30 Julio Dr., Shrewsbury. The schedule includes The Wolverine Jazz Band July 12, Beatles For Sale July 19, Tom Nutile Big Band July 26, Throw Back to the 60’s Aug. 2, and The Reminisants Aug. 9. All concerts start at 7 p.m.
Admission is free, and there is ample free parking. In case of inclement weather, the concerts will be moved into the Southgate Theater for Southgate residents and their guests only.
