Northborough – The Northborough Art Guild announced that the Al Howard Memorial Award was awarded to Meghan Clarke, a graduating senior at Algonquin Regional High School. Meghan will be attending Champlain College in Burlington, Vt., majoring in graphic design and minoring in psychology.
