    Marlborough – The new pastor at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, Joseph Graumann, began his first day (Aug. 1) by welcoming participants to Vacation Bible Camp. The camp’s theme was “Surf Shack: Catch the Wave of God’s Amazing Love.”
