Marlborough – The Marlborough Public Library will hold a workshop, “Cut Paper Collage Making,” Tuesday, Aug. 23, from 6-8 p.m. in the library’s Bigelow Auditorium, 35 W. Main St. Join Emily Pechet, MFA, and make your own cut paper collage inspired by the French artist Henri Matisse. This workshop will begin with oil pastel drawing and finish with cutting paper and gluing designs. Each student will get to choose the size of their composition and have a beautiful cut-out finished by the end of the workshop to take home and frame. All materials included in the workshop. Free of charge. Parking is in the back on Witherbee Street.
