Shrewsbury – The cool weather continued Sept. 25 as hundreds of people gathered to view the annual Spirit of Shrewsbury Fall Festival parade.
Longtime town volunteer Martha Gach served as the grand marshal for the parade which featured floats and marchers from many of the town’s nonprofit organizations and school groups.
Senior citizens over the age of 90 once again were treated to VIP seating at the parade and a special tea at the Senior Center afterwards.
