Shrewsbury – ADVISE (Against Domestic Violence in Shrewsbury Education Project) will hold a vigil to remember victims and survivors of domestic violence on Wednesday, October 19 from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. on the Shrewsbury Common. The rain location will be the First Congregational Church of Shrewsbury located adjacent to the common. The vigil is co-sponsored by ADVISE and Saheli (Support for South Asian Women).
