Northborough – The Northborough Municipal Naming Committee is asking residents for their feedback. The committee is charged with proposing names to the Board of Selectmen for the naming of non-school public facilities, public lands, public recreation areas, public intersections and other non-school public places in Northborough (not including roads or streets). Residents may send their ideas to the committee at [email protected]. ma.us. Please include the facility or property you would like to have named, the name you propose, and an explanation of why you think your proposal would be a fitting tribute. Proposals must be submitted by March 1, 2017. The committee will review all submissions and respond in a timely manner. Residents may be asked to meet with the committee to further explain their suggestion.
