Hudson – Dorothy Victoria (Peters) Philbrick, 70, formerly of Hudson, passed away peacefully in her sleep by natural causes during the early hours of Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016. Dorothy was tucked into bed excited about the next day, with love in her heart and asking for her phone.
She is remembered by her brother, Arthur Peters, and children, Christopher Garrett Philbrick and Melissa Philbrick, as well as many close family and friends.
Her heart was bigger than she was. She always wanted to bear the burden, she never wanted to be a burden. She loved Halloween, dressing up and handing out candy to the children, so it is very appropriate that she will be laid to rest Oct. 31.
A celebration of life will be held Monday, Oct. 31, at 10 a.m., at the Tighe Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery of Hudson.
