Westborough – This year’s presidential election on Tuesday, Nov. 8, is expected to be one of the busiest in modern history. As a way to assist those residents who may need a little bit of help moving from one spot to another that day, the Rotary Club of Westborough will be onsite at the Westborough High School polling location to offer assistance.
Members of the club will have golf carts so that they may give voters a ride from their cars to the WHS entry and then back to their cars. Rotarians will be also present at the exterior voting entry points with wheelchairs and if needed, can wheel residents to and from the actual polling booths.
For those looking for help that day, they can either flag down a Rotarian (identifiable by their yellow safety vest with the Rotary logo) or call 508-308-1226 when they arrive at the school.
