Worcester – Rhonda D. Johnson, 46, of Worcester, formerly of Westborough, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016 at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester.

Born in Marlborough, she is the daughter of Carolyn M. (Parker) Wood and James E. Wood. She was educated in Westborough schools and graduated from Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School.

Rhonda previously was employed as a teller at Westborough Savings Bank and also worked as a prep cook.

She was a former communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church, enjoyed horses, roller skating, swimming, and loved to bring home animals.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two children, Angela M. Nason and her husband Zachary of Saranac Lake, N.Y. and DJ Schwab of Holden; one step-brother, Anthony Wood; and one granddaughter, Lilliyan. Rhonda was predeceased by her grandparents, Frank and Carol Parker, and her cousin, Roy John Norman.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, Nov. 7, at 10:30 a.m., in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Luke’s Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
