Marlborough – Marilyn C. Leone, 69, of Marlborough, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016 at Health Park Hospital in Fort Myers, Fla., surrounded by her family. She leaves her husband of 47 years, Daniel J. Leone Jr.
She was born in Somerville, and was the daughter of Marion F. McIntosh and the late Frederick J. McIntosh.
Marilyn was an accounting professional for much of her life. She was enjoying retirement with her husband by living in North Fort Myers, FL for winters, and at Mi-Te-Jo Campground in Milton, NH for summers.
Marilyn spent many years volunteering with the Marlborough Junior Woman’s Club, as well as with her son’s Boy Scout Troop during his teenage years.
Besides her husband Dan, she leaves two children, Kim Wilkinson of Salisbury (with husband Tim Wilkinson) and Keith Leone of Paxton (with wife Meghan Leone). She also leaves four grandchildren, Alex and Cameron Brier of Hudson and Zachary and Scarlett Leone of Paxton, as well as many other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Monday, Jan. 2, 2017, at 10 a.m., in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home, 378 Lincoln St.
