Westborough – Children of all ages are invited to a Countdown to Noon-Year’s Party, Sat., Dec. 31, at 11 a.m. in the Children’s Room at the Westborough Public Library, 55 West Main St. The event will include singing, dancing, crafting and most importantly a countdown to the (NOON) New Year! Sign up is not required.
