Northborough/Webster – Christopher “Buppy” Orciuch, our beloved brother, age 47, formerly of Northborough, passed away Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016. Born Aug. 11, 1969 in Fort Hood Texas, he was the son of John J Orciuch and Patricia A Loughlin, formerly of Auburn.

He was predeceased 13 years ago, by our beautiful angelic mother, Patricia. He is survived by our father John of Wareham; his daughter, Gabrielle L Orciuch of Worcester, and his son, Narrik M Orciuch of Derry, N.H.; four sisters and their husbands, Julie M Robillard and John T Robillard of Norton, Elizabeth A LaClair and Dennis J LaClair of Rutland, Melanie C Yerardi and Michael J Yerardi of Auburn, and Tara P Robinson and Gene C Robinson of Framingham; and five loving nieces and nephew, Ashley, Julia, Hannah Olivia, Ryan, and Savannah, as well as countless family and friends.

Chris proudly worked at Families & Communities Together, a Community Health Link Program. As a Family Partner, he worked in the community supporting and empowering parents raising children with mental health challenges.  His passion ran deep in his work due to advocating for his own family for years. He was truly loved, admired, and respected by all in his field.

He was truly an amazing friend, brother and most importantly, father. The light of his life were his children. He took great pride in Gabrielle’s creativity and educational successes. He also had immeasurable pride in Narrik’s decision to join the U.S. Air Force, as well as his educational, musical, and athletic accomplishments.   While he was proud of all of Gabrielle and Narrik’s accomplishments, nothing pleased him more than the kind hearts and love his children share with the world.

He was an avid New England Patriots fan. He was a kindred spirit of rock and roll, and a ‘musicological’ collaborator. His daily tributes honoring musicians of all genres will be missed. He loved fishing, playing his guitar, golfing, 80’s and 90’s hair bands, horror movies, the beach, and of course his coffee and pepsi max! However, there was NOTHING more he loved than spending time with his entire family.

Buppy will always be remembered for his sarcastic sense of humor, contagious laugh, beautiful smile, kind heart, sincere soul, tender loving eyes, and comforting bear hugs.

A time of visitation with Christopher’s family has been set for Thursday, Dec. 29, from 3-6 p.m., in the Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St., Northborough. A time of reflection will be held in the funeral home, taking place immediately following the visitation.

“At the hour of death when come face-to-face with God, we are going to be judged on love; not how much we have done, but how much love we put in the doing.”  -Mother Teresa.

A father, our brother, a friend, our love….May you rest in peace.
