She is survived by her three sons, Jim and his wife Jennifer, Joe, and Jeff and his wife Kristi. She was the proud loving grandmother of Jessica, Ericka, Tiara, Branden, Jonathan, Jeffrey, Nicholas, and Ethan, and her two great-grandchildren, Elias and Jada Lee. She also leaves her four sisters, Marlene Perras, Bette Borglund, Lillian Carlson, and Sally Manners and her husband Michael; three brothers, Robert Fleming and his wife Anne, William Fleming and his wife Susanne, and David Fleming and his wife Brenda; many nieces and nephews; and her faithful pets, Jamie and Randy. Nancy was predeceased by her parents, Earle Fleming Sr. and Lillian (Hill) Fleming; another son, Mark Thibault; her sisters, Judy Bates, Janet Jones; and brothers, Earle Jr. and Kenneth Fleming.

Nancy was born March 23, 1947 in North Grafton and raised there. She was a graduate of New England School of Floral Design in Norton.

Following her love of flowers, she owned and operated Paxton Petals Flower Shop and most recently worked in the floral department at Price Chopper Markets in Worcester.

Her greatest joy was being with her sons’ grand- and great-grandchildren, who affectionately called her Nana, Beana, and Muff. She was also known by her sisters, brothers, other family and many friends as “Pixie.” Nancy was a loving, caring sister, aunt and friend. Her constant “pal” was her sister, Molly, who said to know her is to love her. Nancy laughed out loud, loved going to the casino with her son Jimmy and her sister Brenda. Nancy was also known for her famous “one-liners”! She was greatly admired, will be missed and forever loved by everyone she met.

The family suggests you honor and remember Nancy with memorial donations to the American Cancer Society or a charity or organization of the donor’s choice.

All are invited to a Memorial Service for Nancy Wednesday, March 15, at 11 a.m., at the Baptist Church of Grafton, 1 South St., Grafton Center. She will then be laid to rest with family at Riverside Cemetery in Millbury Street in Grafton. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are in the care of the Roney Funeral Home in North Grafton.
