Shrewsbury – A decaying sign at the Edgemere Drive-In keeps watch over a large parcel of land on Route 20.
The property, which has long been vacant, is being considered for development, including a Market Basket grocery store, a restaurant, 298 apartments, and 18 town houses.
Shrewsbury voters at the Monday, May 15 Annual Town Meeting will be asked to approve requested zoning changes that would allow this land to rezoned for mixed use development.
