Marlborough – On Sunday, June 4, nearly 300 show cars will be on display on Main Street in downtown Marlborough. The United Brethren Lodge of Freemasons will hold its ninth annual classic car and hot rod show to raise money for children’s and veterans’ charities, assisted by the Push Rods Car Club, which marks its 60th anniversary this year. Since 2009, the show has raised over $100,000 for Shriners Hospitals for Children, Children’s Dyslexia Centers, St. Jude’s, Masonic Angel Fund for needy Marlborough school children, the Community Cupboard and veterans’ programs including the Wounded Warrior Project and Home Base.

This year the Masons will be leading Lodge “Insider’s Tours” from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Masonic building at the corner of Main and Newton streets for those interested in learning more about Freemasonry. The Lodge is also hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive.

Car show registration begins at 8 a.m. and the show concludes at 2 p.m. Rain date is June 18. For more information, visit www.marlborocarshow.com, email [email protected], or call 508-251-9790.
