Northborough – Owners May and Ray Jiang, along with local officials and the Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce, celebrated the grand opening their new restaurant, Hanto Fine Asian Cuisine Sept. 6. Guests enjoyed appetizers, drinks and entrees. Entertainment included a traditional Chinese Lion Dance.
Ray Jiang is the former owner of Ichiban Oriental Marketplace in Framingham. At his new restaurant, he will feature “secret” signature dishes that he learned from his uncle, a renowned chef in northern China.
