Region – UniBank officials recently announced that Gary O’Grady has joined UniBank as assistant vice president and municipal client relationship manager and Lemonia Mironidis as vice president and branch manager of the Worcester branch. In his role, O’Grady is responsible for the development of new municipal relationships and management of existing client relationships.

Mironidis is responsible for operations, and growth and development of consumer and business relations at the Worcester branch.

O’Grady has over 32 years of experience in the banking industry, having worked most recently as government banking officer at Berkshire Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. He is a member of the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurer’s Association of the Berkshire, Franklin and Hampden counties. He is a certified official for the Western Massachusetts Women’s Lacrosse Officials Association and volunteers at the Westfield Homeless Car Project.

Mironidis joins UniBank with over 25 years of experience in financial services, having worked most recently as branch manager at Bay State Savings Bank. She graduated from Worcester State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in English and urban studies. She has taught financial literacy to students in the Framingham Public School system and is a board member of the Webster Square Business Association. She recently served as chair of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce and was the recipient of the MetroWest Chamber Ambassador of the Year award in 2012.
