I want to wish you all a happy holiday season and prosperous New Year. As I look back, the 2017 real estate market was great! Housing inventory has decreased, and buyers are looking for new inventory, indicating that 2018 will be a robust year for real estate with appreciating sale prices.

Selling to downsize
