Region – The Main Street Bank Charitable Foundation awarded The Sudbury Historical Society a $2,500 grant for their campaign to build the new Sudbury History Center.
The Sudbury Historical Society (SHS) is working toward restoring and repurposing the circa 1730 Loring Parsonage to provide Sudbury with a long-needed History Center to include a museum, visitor’s center and work space for the Historical Society.
This project will help to revitalize the historic Town Center, while also exhibiting the Historical Society’s collection. The SHS will be moving out of the Sudbury Town Hall – its new location will allow for additional visitors, members and volunteers.
