Hudson – Representative Kate Hogan (D-Stow) and Secretary of the Commonwealth William Galvin welcomed the Hudson High School Camerata A Capella Choir to the State House for a holiday concert Dec. 21. The students sang seasonal classics on the steps of the Grand Staircase, such as “Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire” and “Winter Wonderland.” They also gathered in nearby Memorial Hall to perform “Eli, Eli” and “Dominus Vobiscum” near the Gold Star Family Christmas Tree. The students began this tradition during their visit to the State House two years ago, when they noted how the acoustics in the hall transform the music into something magical.
