Marlborough – Doris C. Jennings, 77, of Marlborough, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018, at Marlborough Hospital, after a period of declining health.
Lifelong resident, Doris was born in Marlborough, the daughter of the late Maurice and Jane (Levesque) Chicoine. She lived in the Hudson/Marlborough her entire life where she attended local schools.
Doris worked for many years at Marlborough Hospital and loved helping people. She lived a simple life. Her days were happiest when spending time with her family. The favorite and treasured time was spent with her two grandsons whom she adored.
Doris is survived by her children, Shelley Cormier and her husband Bob of Marlborough, as well as her son, Robert Jennings, also of Marlborough; two grandchildren, Kevin Cormier and Brandon Jennings; her brother, Richard Chicoine; and her sisters, Carol Bouffard and Gloria Landry. Doris was predeceased by her brother, Norman Chicoine, and her sister, Lorraine Chicoine.
Services for Doris were private. Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
