Powerful nor’easter causes multitude of problems in region

Region – As communities across the state struggle to recover from yesterday’s nor’easter, which dumped approximately a foot of heavy wet snow locally,  thousands are still without power. Officials are urging commuters to stay off the roads as they attempt to clear downed power lines and trees.
