Northborough – The 47th annual Northborough Rotary Club Scholarship Pancakes and Jazz Breakfast will be held at the Marguerite E. Peaslee School, 31 Maple Street, Sunday, March 18 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Scholarships awarded from this event are funded by local businesses and individuals who place advertisements in placemats used for this and other events.
Music will be performed from 8:30 to 9:30 by the Sunnyside Swing Band and then from 10:00-12:00 by a jazz group from the Joy Of Music School in Worcester.
Last year, with support from local businesses, the club awarded over $6,000 in scholarships to the following deserving students. Katherine Sarrasin , Kylie Middleton, Ashley Costello, Jose Baez, Anna Benatuil, Jared Entwistle, and Sophie Rubin.
