Westborough – Clifford Charles Yarosh, 74, of Westborough, died suddenly Thursday, March 15, 2018 at UMass Memorial Medical Center.

Clifford was born and raised in New Haven, Conn., the son of the late Merwin and Ruby (Wallace) Yarosh. He was a graduate of New Haven High School, class of 1961. Clifford first met his wife of 36 years, Evelyn A. (LeCleire) Yarosh. The two moved many times with their son before settling permanently in Westborough.

Clifford worked as a Technical Sales Support Representative for Northern Telecomm, providing support to the Health and Hospital industry before retiring in 2001.

In his spare time, Clifford enjoyed kayaking, bike riding, and extensive travel. He was a member of the American Legion Post 234 in Northborough and volunteered at the food pantry in Westborough.

Clifford is survived by his son, John C. Yarosh and his wife Laurie of Pottersville, N.Y.; his step-sister, Barbara Girasuolo of West Haven, Conn.; grandchildren, Morgan K. Yarosh, Chelsea M. Yarosh, and Elijah C. Yarosh, all of Pottersville, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Mackenzie Yarosh, and his step-brothers, Brian and Peter.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Clifford’s family Tuesday March 20, from 3-4 p.m., in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central St., Auburn. A service honoring his life will begin at 4 p.m. Burial will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Westborough Food Pantry as serving his community through this organization was very important to him.
