Southborough – A rainy morning gave way to sunshine in the afternoon May 1 by the time Southborough officials and residents gathered to break ground for the Southborough Public Safety Complex. Construction will begin soon for the 35,500 square-foot combined police and fire station, located on the St. Mark’s Golf Course.
