Incumbents lose bids for Northborough’s BOS, Planning BoardNorthborough – Political newcomers Timothy Kaelin (995 votes), and Julianne Hirsh (803 votes), both won their bids for seats on the Northborough Board of Selectmen in the Town Election May 8,  edging out longtime incumbent William Pantazis (745 votes) for the two contested spots.

Anthony Ziton (977 votes) and Kerri Martinek (945 votes) defeated incumbent Leslie Harrison (632 votes) for the two spots on the Planning Board.

Lauren Bailey (815 votes) and Kelly Guennette (902 votes) won their bids for the School Committee, defeating Hallie Joan Burak (601) votes.

According to Town Clerk Andrew Dowd, 1,475 voters (out of 11, 182) participated.
